Reviews and Ratings
We had a mixed experience at this resort. The property has great amenities like ski slopes and trails, but we faced multiple issues with customer service and dining reservations during our stay. While we liked the overall atmosphere and its location for winter activities, the service could have been much better, especially for families with young children.
I recently stayed at Horseshoe Resort for a family getaway, and while we had fun with some activities, the experience was marred by several issues. The check-in process was smooth, and the tubing hill was a highlight for my kids. However, the condition of the rooms and the cleanliness of the pool were disappointing. Overall, it felt like they need to invest more in maintaining their facilities to match the price we paid.
Our stay at the resort was overall enjoyable with some great water activities for the kids, but we faced issues with cleaning and maintenance during our visit. The condo unit we stayed in was spacious and had a beautiful view of the small lake, perfect for younger kids. However, the dining options were quite limited and felt overpriced for what we received. Overall, I would say it’s a decent place for families, but they could significantly improve their room service.
My recent stay at the Horseshoe Resort was a mix of enjoyment and frustration. The complex offers fantastic skiing and ample amenities, which I really appreciated. However, the decor in the rooms feels outdated and doesn’t match the resort price we paid. The staff was very helpful, especially when I had questions or requests, but some aspects of the service, like food delivery times, could use improvement.
